Plastic extruders and specifiers of bathware products can achieve superior clarity and excellent processing benefits with ACRYLITE^® acrylic polymers. Grades vary according to three manufacturing variables: molecular weight, comonomer content and lubricant content. These variations control the physical and rheological properties of each material. All grades of ACRYLITE polymers are available in clear and a wide range of transparent, translucent and opaque colors. Specialty colors can be produced on a made-to-order basis.

ACRYLITE PLUS^® impact acrylic polymers are specially formulated to offer enhanced impact resistance, toughness and chemical resistance, without sacrificing clarity. Engineered for high strength applications, ACRYLITE PLUS polymers offer excellent dimensional stability to fit tight tolerances and exceptional appearance for bathtub bars, whirlpool grab handles and other clear-molded bath fixtures. Available in a number of grades to provide an optimum balance of impact resistance and melt flowfor specific needs.

XT^® polymer acrylic-based multipolymer compounds are widely used for injection molded, extruded and thermoformed parts such as paper towel dispensers. XT polymer compound is easy to process and its low temperature strength gives it desirable toughness in even the coldest temperatures. The material is most often used in transparent form but can be easily pigmented or dyed to create translucent or opaque items.
